Alan Landale will do an introduction to AJ Fleetcare Academy and a professional summary of his background.

The day will consist of the following:
We’ll be performing a live on-vehicle chemical clean using the JLM Lubricants DPF Cleaning Toolkit and Fluids, which are trusted globally for their effectiveness and ease of use. You’ll learn:
•     How DPFs work and why they fail: Understand the role of the Diesel Particulate Filter in emissions control, how regeneration works, and what causes common failures like soot overload, ash accumulation, and what causes common failures.
•     How to spot blockage symptoms:: Learn how to identify signs of DPF restriction—such as loss of power, increased fuel consumption, and dashboard warnings—before they escalate into costly repairs.
•     How to clean the filter without removing it: Discover how to use JLM’s chemical cleaning method to restore DPF performance directly on the vehicle, saving time and avoiding dismantling. This includes step-by-step use of the Cleaning Fluid and Flush Fluid.
•     The business value of preventative maintenance: Explore how offering proactive DPF care can reduce customer downtime, improve satisfaction, and create a profitable service stream for your business.
•     Practical tips for both technicians and customer-facing staff: Gain insights into how to explain DPF issues and solutions to customers, manage expectations, and build trust.

We will be providing tea, coffee, water, various fruits and a sandwich for lunch accompanied by a selection of biscuits and crisps. we will be sending a list to everyone to choose from within 14 days of the event.
